On "Spuug van God" (God's Spit), Willem reflects on his conflicted identity and how he himself has searched for it; "Which version is truly Willem?" "Spuug Van God" represents something you've been given that you never asked for, but have to live with. You can't get rid of it, but it is part of you and your identity. Besides Willem, the album features Idaly, Ray Fuego, and Narco Polo. This is Willem's second solo album, after Man In Nood. Willem rose to fame with The Opposites, which he formed with Big2.
