"Artikel 140" is twenty years old, a true classic. THC, short for Tuindorp Hustler Click, was founded in 1996 by a group of guys from Amsterdam Noord. This classic, released as a double CD, is a Dutch-language hip-hop record that follows the American example of the street music, perhaps even the very first album from the Netherlands. For example: there's robbery and ripping—keep an eye on your belongings—or get cheated and close your eyes—the junkies take one more crack track—unaware of what the night will bring .
